Poetic Systems interview questions

The interview process involved sending my resume to the recruiter, then getting a call to schedule an interview. Two employees were in person, and two joined via Zoom (including the CTO). During the interview, most of the questions were about my proficiency in Webflow, despite them stating this was a UX/UI design role. There were no soft skills related questions, and I was never asked anything personal. Following the interview, I was assigned an uncompensated take home assignment that involved developing a design in Webflow with a list of requirements (approximately 5-7 hours). They graded the assignment on requirements that were not mentioned, and then declined to move forward. I would urge any applicants to do their research on the company and read other reviews before applying to this company. Take the job description with a grain of salt and pay closer attention to the questions you're asked, as that will tell you what to expect.

4 rounds in total - Resume scanning and a couple of behavioral questions - Culture fit interviews with team leads and COO - Assessment project - Discuss the project implementation with the team The interview was really straight-forward and professional. However, the whole process took too long, I had to wait 2 weeks between the last 2 rounds, and at the time, I already had another offer that I think a better fit for me.
