After I'd submitted my resume I received an email indicating that PG was interested in me and they sent over some "homework" in the form of some behavioral questions and a case study to do some data analytics on and provide recommendations. After that, they liked my responses enough to schedule a Zoom call with me, during which I was asked a few behavioral questions and some brain teasers/logic puzzles. After that, they called me in for an on-site interview, which went for about 7 hours. During the on-site, I met with a series of people in different roles and departments who quizzed me on everything from game design, app design, and more brain teasers, to some game-based math calcs as well. Unfortunately, after everything was done, they called back a couple days later and said that I'd been in their top three for the internship, but that they'd ultimately gone with a different candidate. Overall, the process was a pretty big time commitment, but since they're hoping for 100% conversion from internship roles to full-time roles, I think it's understandable. Plus, all of the brain teasers and game-based questions were difficult, but I had a blast doing them!
