Interview
Group interview by the committee. They have prescribed questions. Then a teaching demo. Interview with the director of the faculty, followed by a member of academic affairs. You also have a faculty meet and greet, campus tour, lunch in the cafeteria, and an option to go out to dinner. They are keen on assessing fit.
Skype interview is the first hurdle. Us you Make it part that, they will invite you to the campus for an on site visit and interviews.
On campus day includes teaching demo, committee interview, campus tour, dean interview, he interview, and dinner with committee members and people from the department faculty
