Initially, you are contacted by management to setup an time for a phone interview. If you pass the phone screening, you will receive an offer for a follow-up interview (virtual during COVID). On the day of, or sometime during your interview, you'll be given a tour of the company building. Once you complete your interview(s), you'll being reviewed by your interviewers from the team and the manager. Management should get back to you in the days (or weeks during COVID) following your final interview with their decision.
