Plotly Software Developer interview questions

Very poorly organized. It seemed like the interview went well, I went through 4 stages of interviewing only to find out that I was rejected because I "did not have enough experience" However, if I do not have the necessary experience based on my resume, why take me through all the loops? Did you not go over my resume to see that I don't meet your requirements before wasting a lot of time? The interview itself was not hard and was fairly trivial.
