Interview
All prospective new employees are interviewed by at least one manager, plus the owner, or, alternatively two managers. A full criminal background check is required, including a fingerprint check by state police. An initial drug test is also required; thereafter, all personnel are subject to random drug testing.

How will you discipline or distract an out-of-control toddler
Your references will not be checked. You will not be screened for drug use. You will be expected to start at minimum wage and "work your way up". Promises made regarding raises and vacation will not be honored. Your schedule can and will be changed, sometimes with less than 2 hour notice.

You will be left in each classroom by yourself for about 15 minutes, make sure the teachers know you are not part of the ratio, a teacher thought I was break staff and left the classroom.
