I had two rounds of personal interview and a assignment round. Though I didn't cleared the interview, process was smooth and was getting timely inputs from the HR team. Panel who took the first round was kind enough to resolve few of the queries what I had. Questions were mainly on the assignment and SQL skills.

First round is more fit check to understand if the role matches the expectations
Second round included discussions on the assignment solutions and few SQL questions

Question 1
Question was around reactivation campaign. Reactivations have increased but ARPU of active users have declined. How would you evaluate?

Interview
First step - An assignment. I shared solution using Excel alone. A few questions were a bit open-ended and was a bit challenging. Others were simple maths.
Second Round - Was scheduled for an hour. But went on for 2 hours. There were discussion on the assignment. Also a case study which got branched out as we progressed.
Third round - Half an hour. Enquired about the tools I have exposure to. I asked a few questions related to the firm.
4th Round - Phone interview with HR head
Finally, another call with HR team to discuss on salary aspects.
