Phone interviews - conversations with HR and Sales discussing my qualifications as well as the qualifications needed for the job. Details about the training, salary, territory, etc were discussed. Follow up calls before final offer.

Question 1
Sales experience - type - cold calling, door to door, qualifying leads, closing.
It was fast and easy, the team seemed very open and welcoming. Through the entire process it was clear how things worked and what was expected of you. I like the transparency.
