Went through OfferZen. Did an into call, got a code assessment after. Did the code assessment the same night and had an interview the next day and got hired the same day. Started working shortly after.

It was more of a discussion about the project they were hiring for and whether it would be a fit for both sides. Also just general tech chat about frameworks and languages, etc.
