I recently interviewed for the Product Manager role at Platform Commons, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The interviewer was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and engaging throughout the discussion. Rather than a one-way Q&A, it felt like a meaningful conversation where ideas were exchanged openly. I genuinely enjoyed the interaction — it reflected the collaborative and mission-driven culture that Platform Commons stands for. Overall, a great experience that left me inspired about the work they’re doing.

Although I was not made an offer for the position I applied for, but I tried and I liked the predictability of the process. At least I would like to believe that my assignment submission and interview went really well, and they should have hired me. I think it is the salary I demanded they didnt have budget for. I only asked for a 20% hike from existing salary. I wonder...
Anyways, I worked hard only beacuse of the work PC does and not getting selected is not a good thing for me. In fact, I did their assignment and left the assignment by another company because I could do only 1 in the limited time, its even more bumming.
