First we were called in to take a written test about our music/film knowledge, with lots of questions about music and identifying DVD/album covers. About a week later I was called into an interview with the Supervisor and the store manager at the store I had applied to work in. I waited outside in the store with many other candidates. My name was called and the interview took about 15-20 minutes.
