Plastiq interview questions

Multiple rounds with a good mix between behaviorals and technicals around product strategy. Questions weren't too difficult; you definitely need to make sure that you are well-versed in what Plastiq does and also look at their different product offerings.

The interview was 3 steps with a presentation at the end. Overall a standard interview process but I didn’t know enough risk management (for an associate role) to land the job. I guess they wanted someone with more experience than they asked for in the job description.
