Pioneer Credit Recovery interview questions

Interview had 3 rounds. Starting with phone screening. After clearing phone screening I was called in office for one on one. There first had HRr round where they gave Company introduction after that with manager and lastly mock round.

Brought into a room with two managers and they asked questions about previous jobs. They also reviewed my resume. They didn't ask a whole lot about myself or anything else. They focused more on one certain job I had that they didn't seem to be a fan of the way the salary worked.
