I applied online. I interviewed at PinnacleCare International (Naples, FL) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was open, easy and felt like everyone genuinely cares about the work culture. I had one phone interview, 3 Zoom interviews. I also had two writing samples to submit. I felt completely comfortable and at ease during each interview. I felt welcome to ask any question I had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask questions about work/life balance, dealing with stress under pressure. I had to give examples of difficult cases I had managed and navigated in the past.

Interview
Long, tedious, and disorganized. You will be made to sit through several rounds of interviews and assignments to be asked the same screening questions as a recruiter would ask you in the first round. The same questions will be asked by different people. Some of the executive management conducting interviews need a good dose of language skills and communication training. Questions are easy but seem interrogative and skeptical (I received 4 offers and have done 11 interviews so I know what I am talking).
