Initial phone interview with the HR specialist, Isabelle (who was incredibly personably and friendly by the way), another interview from mid-level management, and then a direct interview with the CEO who was very well at selling herself and the company. Unfortunately it was all incredibly misleading and designed to get me in the door. It was heartbreaking to find out the truth of the company in the coming months. It turned out to be a poorly managed sinking ship.
