Interview
The whole process took about 20 days, from the application to the offer letter. Three rounds of interviews and a case study. The first interview was with a screen call, the second interview was with the position supervisor, and the third was with two other supervisors and operators who were associated with the jobs client. The case study was easy if you understood the concept of what they wanted. I declined the offer due to low pay, and their unwillingness to negotiate any part of the compensation package, wage, benefits, or signing bonus.

There is a protest near our client site in NYC, how would you proceed to figure out the risks to our client?
Interview was a basic interview with just common interview questions.
I had a good experience throughout the interview process. From the initial application to the final interview, everything was well-organized and transparent. The recruiter was very communicative .
But no further updates regarding the interview result was given until I had mailed them.

It was a smooth process which went with usual question of myself, explain resume and JD. the interviwers were very frinedly,and were soft spoken. There was no follow ups though properly provided to us it might be the mistake from our TPO side, I am not sure .
