Pinkard Construction interview questions

Applied online. Interviewed remotely and in person. The process appeared to progress well and be position, only for Pinkard to drag their feet and eventually reject my application without providing a reason. Their website continues to list the same jobs for months, so they may not actually have openings like they advertise. I’m aware of another highly qualified applicant that had the same bizarre hiring process and rejection.
