It went more like a conversation than an interview. They asked me why I wanted to work there and what I would contribute. They explained what my role would be and showed me around, emphasizing how important boundaries and self care is.

It was chaotic on their end due to lack of internal communication. The people interviewing me were not very professional nor challenging with their interview questions/style. It was easy, I think that’s why there is such high turnover there.
