Easy Interview. I applied in person at a hiring event as they were opening. I got a call back to interview and got a call offering the job after that. Standard questions. Lots of money to be made. Friendly management. Usually great locations for their restaurants. Waterfront views. Beach views. At Marinas, ect.

Very easy. Just make sure you know what you are doing. I went in and explained my past experience and the Manager was very good about explaining everything about the company to me.
