First, a skills test, which tests basic computer skills and typing, and some logic questions. Then 2 interviews, first, an in person board interview, and the second interview was on Microsoft Teams. This is a high turnover position, and they hire a lot, so it seemed like a pretty low pressure interview to me. If you're qualified (even with no legal experience), relax and practice your situational interview questions. Make sure you can pass a basic criminal background check.
