I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Natural Gas (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview was round robin questions from a panel of three people done virtually. Mostly generic questions only one was a technical question. Interview started with a brief job description and ended with time for questions from the candidate.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Piedmont Natural Gas (Columbia, SC) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was thorough and promising. PNG has a caring staff and makes the process as stress-free as possible. I am looking forward to working with PNG. I am hoping it is a good experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Natural Gas
Interview
First had a phone screening then a in person interview. The interview was a group panel with basic behavioral questions no technical ones. They informed me I nailed the question part of the interview. Then at the end the head guy wanted to nit pick at my resume knowing when I applied that I did not have much experience (but I was qualified for this position). I knew before I left I was not going to get another call. It was evident I was only brought in because they needed to met their company quota on their interviews. Also I am a woman of color so that probably had a lot to do with me getting the follow up too. I had no chance before I even walked into the room.
