Piano interview questions

the HR scheduled a one-hour interview with me. Two weeks later, I received a call saying they decided to give the position to someone already working at the company. Another HR example of conducting interviews just to justify their work, even when they already know they won’t move forward with external candidates.

Interview was in the office kitchen with 3 engineers asking random questions almost in parallel. Funny that some answers they didn't know properly. It took longer than expected 1 hour A lot of unrelated question.
