I was called by the company's HR on Aug 11th and as per the interview schedule, there was F2F discussion with one of their senior PM there. It took almost 45-50 minutes for the discussion. There were questions on all topics of project management right from project planning till the delivery of the project. There were few scenario based questions in which I was asked to tell what would be my course of action to it. the last question was whether I have any questions to him. I asked him about their work style, verticals, etc ...Later HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or two for the second round of discussion. Waiting to hear form her.

Interview process was smooth. Recruiters give proper information about the process prior to the meeting. Hiring managers make you feel comfortable before they get into details of the interview. Once the interview starts then it’s more of how we interact with the manager and bring out our experience and knowledge to answer the situation based questions.
