Phoenix Tower International interview questions

There were 4 interviews with 4 different managers. The interviews were in a period of two weeks . I think the hiring process could improve and be more dynamic. They have a lot of people that do not work in the states, they work in other countries. Maybe I wasn’t what they need but they took too long to let me know

Interview process is very slow. After 3 interviews with different personnel that asked the same questions and followed the same procedure. Such as basic questions regarding my previous experience and what I would bring to the table.
