Interview process was simple and straight forward. Class room training is provided and it last a week. Upon end of class you must pass test to be eligible for offer.

Why do you want to work for Phoenix Technology Services.
Straight Forward, no difficult or tricky questions. Lasted roughly 35-40 mins. Interview was over the phone. Then in person training in Houston, Tx. At the end of training must pass a test before being accepted, if not then good luck somewhere else.
