A lot of questions about "give me a scenario in which this or that happened"
For example: tell me a time when you felt you provided great patient care but the patient was still not happy dispite your efforts....
The usual basic questions too.. strengths weaknesses, tell me about yourself etc...

Process included submitting an application through their website. Then this was followed by receiving a message from hr/ recruiter to coordinate an interview with the Hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was the final round.

Interview
It was difficult to get an interview, had to know someone to get in the door. The interview questions themselves were average. We had the interview in the lobby which was strange.
