Interview
Right from the first phone call with the HR recruiter, the process and the people were very professional. HR recruiter (phone call), face-to-face (with HR head and OD head) were the rounds I went through. Even though I did not make it to the next round, the follow up and explanation was very kind and well done. The test of any interview process is how you treat the candidates who did not make it. Philips scored high on my experience rating! ... That makes its a company I would love to work for, in the near future.
