My initial phone interview was with one manager. My second phone interview was with two managers. The phone interview with basic technical questions. My interviewer was kind of awkward and it seemed like he wasn't prepared to give the interview. We talked for about 30 minutes and it seemed like most answers I gave he checked on a sheet of paper.I was offered the role nearly three months later.

Heavily technical with great emphasis being placed on relevant experience and collaboration.
I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.
Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.

Tell us about a time you received feedback from your teammates; how did you react?
It was ok, just the regular questions one would expect. I didn’t go through the philips system though, i worked at one of the companies philips bought later on. Not much to say about it really
