The interview process was much more difficult then i anticipated, i would try to get back to the books and try for it again, hopefully i'll be able to get it in the next try

It was an overall good experience. The HR was pleasant and very sweet. The interview lasted for almost 20 minutes and she said she will get back to me but she did not. She went through my resume and asked about my work experience, what I am presently doing ?

The interviewer was late to call hence I waited for her call and she was really apologetic that she was running behind schedule. She asked me about my work experience and allowed me to elaborate on various projects that I completed during my academic years. she told she will get back to me but it took Philips 3 weeks to send a mail stating a rejection.
