The interview process was started with an agreed increment of 35-40%. I went through 4 rounds of interview and received a very positive feedback from all interviewers. Finally when the time came for offer letter, they told me that they cannot offer senior specialist and can only offer specialist QC and can only give 20% increment. The reason that they provided was that I have only 10 years of experience. Before starting with the interview process, they knew that I have 10 years of experience and my expectations of 35-40%. Still they went with 4 rounds of interview to tell me in the end that i have less experience. I even agreed to get 25% increment but they couldn't even provide that. I highly recommend not to appear for interview in this organization because they will waste your time and won't meet on agreed conditions
