It was a good process until the end of the interview. I enjoyed this interview and felt comfortable. However, they didn't tell me the decision until I asked 2 weeks later (while they said it was going to be done in 1) and the feedback was positive but at the end they selected an intern candidate...

Interview
Interview was over the phone, first there was a phone screening, then telephone screening. Process took a total of about 2 weeks. Definitely one of the hardest phone screenings I have ever done. Ex: know the difference between hard and soft skills. Know the job function and how you can add to the team. Own your knowledge and skills. Goodluck!
