Just had one technical round and one managerial discussion. Both are pretty easy to crack. But Philiphs - Bangalore has a worst recruitment team, they won’t respond back after interviews. I have made 5 followup emails for the feedback of the Managerial discussion happened on 20th April for Software Technologist - iOS. Also i have made around 20 phone calls just to know the feedback from your side, but all those were went unattended. I don’t understand what is the problem there in sending interview feedbacks to the candidates who have put their time and energy into it. Just a simple response with either “selected” or “not” will be good at the time of recruitment. I didn’t expect this kind of unprofessional behaviour from the Philiphs recruitment team. There is nothing great in being a reputed organisation without having a basic understanding of how to treat candidates after interview. Thanks for not shortlisting me and i am very happy to be not a part of Philiphs.
