The first stage of the process was a telephone interview. I was asked how I would transfer my skills to this new role, amongst other questions. It went really well and I was invited to the next stage - an assessment day. I felt slightly conscious that I was not from the industry I was applying for, especially in the group activity. After this stage I was invited to another interview, where I would also present. This time I felt more comfortable as it was just myself, with 2 interviewers on the panel. It was a more relaxed environment and I had time to prepare the presentation upfront.
