I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Philadelphia Insurance Companies (Towson, MD) in May 2008
Interview
Went in for one on one interview. I went over my resume with the hiring manager and explained what I had done before. It was an entry level internship so the questions were not too intense or intricate.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. The interviewer was friendly and created a comfortable environment for conversation. The questions mainly focused on my past projects, technical knowledge, and how I approach problem solving. Overall, it felt more like a professional discussion rather than a stressful interview. It was a positive experience and I appreciated the opportunity to share my background and learn more about the team.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Philadelphia Insurance Companies (Washington, DC) in Jan 2017
