At first, I received a call from Trish (HR I think), she was very nice and described the position details breifly and asked me a few questions to make sure it is the right fit for me. Then, I met with Marc, the Hiring Manager. He was very informative, explained about the opportunity in a lot of details and answered all of the questions I had. The third interview is the most important. The Manager has described the day to day of the position and the growth opportunities available.
