Interview
Schedule an interview with the ARM, and then if things go well a few more interviews and the a background check, drug screen and a offer. I had to wear a suit and be on time. The waiting room was pleasant and receptionist very friendly. The interview was standard question and answer for about an hour.
After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.
Critical Thinking is required to connect your current skills to the prospective job. I had to show how my previous job and skills obtained could transfer over into being successful in this job.

Theres a lot of interviews 6 to be exact. Virtually, Physically and even has exams. You have to excel and be confident so you can get this job. Be knowledgeable enough and study what is being a sales rep is.
