I filled out the application online. The interview was done over the phone since I was not in Massachusetts at the time. She asked me about what I am studying at school, my lab job at school, and my technical abilities. After I was hired, I had to do a background check and drug test.

General questions about my background and behavioral scenarios. Questions on relative skills and previous experience on the technical aspect. There were 3 interview levels, with the first being with an external associate

interviewed through hirevue which was awful. Only gave you 1-3 minutes to prepare and did not allow retries. they asked multiple behavioral questions and i believe it was only 3 questions
I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program and interviewed specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview was only 1 round (after a digital hirevue) and was entirely behavioral (they might have changed the format since)
