First step was a recruiting interview with the ARM, followed by a phone screen, then a face to face interview with the DM. The last step was a face to face with the regional manager.

The interview process is very structured. The questions are the Values of Courage: Think Big, Speak UP and Be Decisive. Excellence: Focus on what Matters, Agree who does what and Measure outcomes. Interview
Be prepared to go into detail about your experience and your abilities. You have to be be ready to give a quick response. If you don't know the answer to a question, don't shoot from the hip. Always be closing during the interview as they will be using your ability to sell yourself as an potential example of how you would sell a physician your product. Make sure to close at the end. If you don't, you will not move on to the next phase of interviewing.
