I attended an interview in one of their NJ locations. I met had three meetings scheduled for that day. One interviewer was not prepared, communicated to me that he was not and proceeded to make jokes. One interviewer was on the phone and this person came across as sincere and did share that he had not been prepped for the upcoming expectations for anyone stepping into the role. The following day, I followed for feedback and did not hear back until a week later - that the recruiter had not been able to connect with the hiring manager. After two more attempts without any response, I was truly disappointed. I expected that a company with such name recognition would take the time to either provide feedback over the phone or at least send a no thank you letter. Again, this is not what I expected from such a well renowned company.
