Interview
4 rounds:
1. Phone call interview: behavioural based questions, tell me what you know about Pfizer, what do pfizer produce etc (10 mins)
2. Online assessment: aptitude skills such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, sequences etc
3. Group assessment: given a scenario and asked what your next steps as a group would be (to show leadership, group work skills, communication skills). Do not be afraid to speak first or put yourself forward.
4. Face to face interview with hiring manager and line manager: behavioural questions based on Pfizer’s core values, prepare well and you will be fine

Third round was a one-to-one interview with a lead process technician

The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Interview
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
