The application process was abnormal, as an applicant of the Junior Creative Designer position, I was informed prior to the interview that I would have to complete a 1 week task that includes designing an online marketing campaign, newsletter related to the campaign as well as a packaging design of their product. I was offered an interview at the company after completing the task however was not offered a job.
