I had a One on one interview with the HR manager after which I Did a mini exam afterwards. It consisted of typing up a memo a letter and making corrections on an existing letter Not difficult at all at all

Very professionally done. I was put at easy as soon as I entered the room and warmly greeted by current employees. The retiree I was to replace also took part in the interview process
