The interview was in factory premises. 3 Person was present in the interview. 2 of them behaviour was very friendly. The most senior persons behaviour was not friendly. He was very rude & unfriendly. He was saying all the time that other candidates are better that you or knew more. They asked many question about process of cylinder manufacturing, Production Process & Engineering. After interview while I was leaving a security guard approached me & said that If I gave 40,000 BDT to him. He will give it to the plant hd & my job will be confirmed. I declined. He took my contact details. After a month the security guard called me & mockingly said that I didn’t get the job. Another candidate got the job by paying the amount. I was astonished as I didn’t know that you had to pay money to get job in this company. So Much fuss about European standards while they ask money for giving a job.
