Fast response and friendly communication. I was given the opportunity to have an office tour after the interview. The company is very detailed in providing feedback to its potential employees. It's worth a try.

Good culture if we see from their motto. For the interview process there's no test for it, but there's couple of step, starting from phone interview, interview with the HR and the last is interview with the general manager.
