Berry straight forward of what they expected. Enjoyed interview, pretty easy.
Still waiting on offer. Management is great. It was a 1-1 interview with manager and lead aquatics specialist. Did not feel like interview more of a conversation.

Interview
Normal interview by two managers in the main office. They use pre-written questions to ask you in three parts of the interview. It's standard compared to most large retailers. Wasn't too bad especially if you've had an interview before in most other companies. Helps a lot if you know one of the current employees.
