Interview
Initially I applies on line, and completed the application. The next day I followed with the hiring manager to confirm if she actually received my application; she stated, "yes", the hiring manager than set-up a time and date for me to interview. In the interview she asked me why I wanted to work for Petsmart? "I stated that I love animals and that I in fact have a dog." The hiring manager than asked me the standard interview questions, at that point the interview ended. I was than given paperwork to get a drug test administered, the drug test results took approximately 2 days.
In addition, the hiring manager also gave me a tour, and the following week I started working as a new hire cashier for Petsmart.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
