Phone interview, very short with employee, not sure if title of employee. Seemed to be not interested in skill but just a body to fill a position. Wasn’t able to expand on the key skills or responsibilities of the role.

I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
