Interview
I submitted my application online on Wednesday and they called me on Friday to set up an interview with them. I went and interviewed on Monday and it was pretty easy, they asked general questions like, why you want to work at petsmart?, what pets do you have?, have you ever been in a situation with an angry customer, and a couple other what would you do situation questions. After the interview was over, the manager wanted to set up a 2nd interview with another manager for the next day. I went to the 2nd interview and it was pretty quick, all that was asked was if I had customer service experience, what pets I had, what kind of hours I was looking for, Was my position going to be long term?, etc. After the 2nd interview the manger thanked me for coming in again and gave me all my paper work to go and get a drug test done within 24 hours. The manager also said once they receive my results from the test they would call me and set up a time to come in and start training.

Question 1
If the company changes something that you do not agree with it, how would you handle this?
This interview was simple and easy. The manager had a laid back atmosphere. Straightforward interview with usual questions. Took about thirty minutes to finish and it was only one interview.
Managers are very nice but pay isn’t great. Interview was very easy. Great place to work, but hard to live off of the income they offer. Have to have a love and passion for animals

Interview
Interview with store manager, asked standard interview questions, including scenario questions. Interview took about fifteen minutes or so. I was offered the position on the spot. Overall it was the typical standard interview.
