Getting hired on pre-acquisition was easy. Now with labor constraints it can take time to interview and onboard an employee. If you really want this job- just be patient, you’ll have plenty of time to be overworked after your poor training.

Phone interview, to see if expected of the position match up. Then first in person interview with ASL. Go over job duties, scheduling and expectation. A serious of senerio questions to answer. If they like you then you will meet with the Store Leader for a second interview and possible job offer.

The nterview I had was with a Store Leader. The questions were about work experience as well as behavioral interview questions. Nothing out of the norm and work atmosphere is fairly casual.
