I got there 20 minutes early and one of the managers told me to have a look around the store until the person interviewing me was ready, but no one ever told her I was there. I eventually found her, but she thought that I was late, despite being pretty early. The interview was pretty laid back, she was literally just reading questions of a piece of paper. She didn't seem too happy, but maybe she was just having a bad day. They said they'll call me.

Describe a situation where you received negative feedback
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
